Happy, Joyful and Free

So as i was telling you in an earlier post, that i am now just over 15 months sober, and could not be happier with my life. There have been so many wonderful changes that have occurred i can’t even begin to name them all. All i know is that there is something in this world that has made me a better person.

I have learned through practice and being open to learning about willingness – that you too can have the life of happy, Joyful and Free.

Whenever there is something that is bothering you, just write it down – get it out of your head and onto a piece of paper, then share it with someone, ANYONE. The problem then converts itself from being stuck in that head of yours to being out there in the universe – so you don’t have to keep thinking about it over and over again, and who knows how many additions to the problem your head makes up over time!

When you do something wrong, ADMIT IT, say SORRY, and just make that amends to the person as soon as you can so you can stop with the hate and the worrying about the lie or the unfairness you may have done to a friend or loved one.
if you are too shy to say it to their face, write them a LETTER. Not a text, not an email, a real life pen to paper letter – this makes it much more personal and the person reading it will see that.

Those are my two tips of the day! Try them out and let me know how how you feel.
