Bosk Restuarant at Shangri-La Hotel

Dinner at Bosk the other night was delicious! I loved all the dishes we got, and the portions of the food was just perfect for a light dinner before going out. The menu was a mixture between seafood and meat. I had two appatizers, the first one was Nova Scotia Scallops – three perfectly cooked scallops with a light falavor of sesame ginger dressing and the second dish was Alantic Lobster Gnocchi. This small little dish was mouth watering and absolutly perfect as a small few bit appatizer dish. My friend that I was at dinner with, decided to go with a main dish that was Corn Fed Chicken that came with a butternut squash puree and a touch of apple ha Together these dishes made me full but not too stuffed, so that I was still able to go out after dinner and enjoy a night out with my friends.
